Let’s talk about Kindred in Hammersmith.

Because wow, what a venue.

Basically, Kindred was the perfect setting for Jenna and Owen’s wedding.

GETTING READY IN HAMMERSMITH & A BEAUTIFUL FIRST LOOK

The day actually started nearby, with Jenna and Owen getting ready at a local hotel in Hammersmith with their closest family and friends.

The morning felt relaxed, excited and full of those brilliant pre-wedding nerves.

You know the kind. Lots of laughter. Funny stories being shared. Standard wedding morning behaviour.

Once everyone was ready, they made the short walk over to Kindred.

One of the things I love about London weddings is how effortlessly cool they can feel.

No complicated logistics. No long drives. Just walking through the city on your wedding day, soaking up every moment. And honestly? That always feels pretty special.

Once at Kindred, Jenna headed upstairs to finish getting ready in one of the venue’s gorgeous spaces.

And wow.

The upstairs space at Kindred is stunning — full of character, stylish decor and loads of beautiful natural light. It felt calm, cool and like the perfect place for those final getting-ready moments.

The ideal mix of stylish and relaxed.

Then came one of my favourite moments of the day.

Their first look.

Before the ceremony, Jenna and Owen shared a private moment together to see each other for the first time. And it was so special.

Just the two of them.
A chance to breathe.
A chance to take it all in before everything began.

The nerves melted away the second they saw each other.

Just huge smiles, lots of emotion and one of those moments that reminds you what the day is really all about.

It was the perfect way to begin everything before they went on to say I do.

COLOUR EVERYWHERE

The styling throughout the day was incredible.

Colourful flowers filled the space and brought so much energy into every corner of the venue.

Everything felt vibrant, joyful and full of life.

Even better, the table styling included lovely personal nods to both Jenna and Owen’s backgrounds.

There were thoughtful references to Wales, where Owen is from, and Slough, where Jenna is from.

I love details like this.

It’s those small touches that make a wedding feel personal and tell more of the couple’s story.

A PERSONAL LEGAL CEREMONY AT KINDRED

Jenna and Owen made their legal ceremony feel deeply personal and full of meaning.

Surrounded by their favourite people, they exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony that felt emotional, heartfelt and completely them.

One of the most special parts of the ceremony was hearing readings from their nearest and dearest. Those personal touches always make such a difference.

They bring warmth, laughter and emotion into the ceremony and make everything feel even more meaningful.

And this ceremony had all of that.

Plenty of smiles.
A few tears.
Lots of love.

ONE OF THE MOST FUN CONFETTI EXITS EVER TO HIT LONDON

After the ceremony came one of the absolute highlights of the day.

The confetti exit.

And wow.

This was chaos in the best possible way.

Colour everywhere.
Huge smiles.
Guests fully committing.
Confetti flying in every direction.

Exactly how a confetti moment should be.

I always say if you’re doing confetti, commit to it.

Jenna and Owen absolutely understood the assignment.

The result?
One of the most colourful and joyful confetti exits ever.

DRINKS, SPEECHES & BIG EMOTIONS

The drinks reception brought a chance for everyone to relax, catch up and celebrate together.

Good vibes everywhere.

Laughter.
Drinks flowing.
Guests soaking up the atmosphere.

Then speeches began with Owen kicking things off.

And he set the bar very high.

Funny, emotional and heartfelt, his speech had everyone laughing one moment and wiping away tears the next.

Basically wedding speech perfection.

MORE SPEECHES, MORE LAUGHS

After drinks, everyone headed back into the main room for dinner.

Then the speeches continued with Jenna’s dad and Owen’s best man.

And they absolutely delivered.

There were brilliant stories, huge laughs and loads of emotion.

You could feel just how loved these two are.

That’s always one of my favourite things to witness at weddings — seeing how much love surrounds a couple through the stories people tell.

These speeches had all of it.

GOOD FOOD, COCKTAILS & JENNA’S SPEECH

After an amazing meal, it was time for cocktail hour.

Which instantly raised the energy.

Because honestly, cocktails just make everything feel like a party.

Then came cake cutting and one more brilliant speech from Jenna.

She brought warmth, humour and heart in equal measure.

The perfect final speech before the evening celebrations properly kicked off.

TIME TO PARTY AT KINDRED, HAMMERSMITH

Then it was time to head downstairs.

And this is where the party truly began.

Jenna and Owen kicked things off with a rehearsed first dance.

And they absolutely smashed it.

The energy in the room was unreal.

Guests were cheering, laughing and fully invested from the second the music started.

It was the perfect way to launch the evening.

AN ELECTRIC DANCE FLOOR

From that moment on, the dance floor was packed. And it stayed that way. The energy was unreal.

At one point Jenna changed into a super fun party outfit, which only added even more excitement to the night.

Then came one of the best party ideas.

Shot o’clock.

Yes.
Shot o’clock.

Everyone grabbed a shot and the party energy somehow went up another level.

Which honestly felt impressive because it was already chaos.

In the best possible way.

The dance floor was wild, joyful and full of brilliant energy.
